Every second Thursday we take our Spanish students on a trip to the region. Courses start one hour earlier as usual and after the coffee break at ten o´ clock we are leaving. Our staff members will not take you to places crowded with tourists but to rather unknown places, for example Piquillacta or Machuqolqa. Sometimes we also visit the weavers in Chinchero or the Salt Mines in Maras. Another option would be a walk from Zurite to Huaracondo, a village known for its sucking pig.
All the places will fascinate you with its special history. But also lunch time there is much to discover like huge bread loaves in Urcos, roasted guinea-pig in Tipon or fresh trout in Urubamba.
